Training Programs

Nordic Walking programs are for athletes of all skill and experience levels or for those just getting started in a fitness program. The only requirement for you to get started is to have the basic equipment necessary and a desire to execute your program.

Program Components:

- Instructional video on Nordic Walking

- Articles and information on Nordic Walking

- Valuable training information including articles on stretching, heart rate, nutrition and more

- Your 6-week training schedule including detailed workouts, weekly training tips and weekly motivational notes and comments

Price:

6-week programs, video, and members only training information: $39
