EnduranceOnline Training Registration
Step 1: Choose your specific sport and event. Or, choose an event similar with regard to disciplines and distance.
Step 2: Establish your fitness level. View the sample schedules available for each fitness level to help you make the correct level choice. Then click on the Establish Fitness link to help you establish your fitness level specific to your event.
Step 3: Register. Under your corresponding sport and event, click on the level you have chosen (beginner, intermediate, advanced). This will direct you to Active.com to make your purchase.
In addition to your schedules and info, you will have an opportunity to ask questions and have them answered by your coach.
The "Talk-Time with Terri" purchase option gives you an additional personal resource to ask questions by phone to your coach about your background and goals, discuss special issues, race strategy, etc. If after your initial program purchase you wish to have additional Talk Time with Terri click on that option on your sport's registration page.
